Who is Herts Airports Taxis?

Herts Airport Taxis is a professional, reliable airport transfer service, providing seamless and hassle-free transportation from your home, hotel, or desired destination to the airport and vice versa. We prioritize comfort, safety, and punctuality, ensuring a smooth journey every time.

Will My Luggage Fit?

Each passenger may bring one large suitcase (29″ × 21″ × 11″ / 74 × 53 × 28 cm) and one small bag (22″ × 14″ × 9″ / 56 × 36 × 23 cm).

Luxury saloon vehicles can accommodate up to two large suitcases. We always assign the most suitable vehicle based on the number of passengers and luggage selected during booking. If you have oversized luggage or are unsure, please contact us in advance.

Can I book a return trip?

Yes. A return trip will take you back to your original city in the same vehicle size used for your outbound journey. Return trips can be booked for any date. You can also add sightseeing or custom stops separately for each journey.

If you don’t yet have your exact pick-up or drop-off address, you can update it closer to your travel date. When booking, select “Return“, then choose your departure dates and times.

What payment methods are available?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express, Mastercard, and Visa.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

We offer 100% free cancellations if made at least 2 hours before the pickup time. Need to make changes? You can amend your booking up to 3 hours before pickup without any extra charge.

What Happens If My Flight is Delayed?

No worries! We monitor flight arrivals 24/7 in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we’ll automatically adjust your pickup time to ensure your driver is there when you land. There’s no need to update us manually!

Will the driver provide a child car seat?

Drivers can provide suitable child car seats upon request just let us know during the booking process. In the United Kingdom and GCC, some states require customers to supply their own child seats.
